A tire pressure monitoring system, which is suitable for a vehicle with a first component (101) and a replaceable second component (102). This system includes a register (10), a repeater (30), and a receiver (40). The register (10) is used to transmit a register ID corresponding to the vehicle by wireless. The repeater (30) is provided on the second component (102), and transfers the second tire information transmitted by tire pressure emitters (20a) on the second component (102). When the repeater (30) receives the register ID, the repeater (30) transfers the second tire information with the attached register ID. The receiver (40) is provided on the first component (101), and receives the second tire information. When the attached register ID contained in the second tire information is identical with the register ID stored by the receiver (40), the receiver (40) treats the second tire information as the tire information of this vehicle.
