A top cover (14) for sealing an open end of a cylindrical beverage container (10) comprises a panel (20) having a scored portion (17). A tab is attached to a first side of the panel (20) and configured to open a hole in the panel (20) by fracturing the scored portion (17). The panel (20) comprises a hollow body (12) forming a cavity extending from an open end (21) on the first side of the panel (20) to a closed bottom end (22). A method for providing a top cover (14) configured to seal an open end of a cylindrical beverage container (10) comprises the steps of forming a panel (20) having a scored portion (17), and attaching a tab to a first side of the panel (20). The method also comprises the step of defining a hollow body (12) in the panel (20). The application also includes a container provided with a top cover and a method for producing such a container.
L'invention porte sur un couvercle supérieur (14) pour sceller une extrémité ouverte d'un conteneur de boisson cylindrique (10), lequel couvercle supérieur comprend un panneau (20) ayant une partie rayée (17). Une languette est fixée à un premier côté du panneau (20) et est configurée pour ouvrir un trou dans le panneau (20) par fracture de la partie rayée (17).
