The invention relates to a topical composition and a method for reducing or preventing occurrence of acne on the skin. It is an object of the present invention to provide for a combination of herbal extracts that interact synergistically to provide a cosmetic composition for prevention, reduction or treatment of acne. The present invention provides for a topical composition comprising (i) an extract of a first active which is Azhadirachta indica; and (ii) an extract of a second active selected from Momordica charantia or Sesamum indicum.

La présente invention concerne une composition topique et un procédé pour réduire ou prévenir l'occurrence d'acné sur la peau. La présente invention concerne une combinaison d'extraits d'herbes qui interagissent de manière synergique pour produire une composition cosmétique pour la prévention, la réduction ou le traitement de l'acné. La présente invention concerne une composition topique comprenant (i) un extrait d'un premier agent actif qui est Azhadirachta indica; et (ii) un extrait d'un deuxième agent actif choisi parmi Momordica charantia ou Sesamum indicum.
