A trap is described, for catching and possibly killing of animals, especially small animals, like minks etc. The trap comprises a relatively elongated cage, preferably formed with a bottom, side walls and a roof made from bars, and has a first gable wall with a preferably circular first opening intended to form an entrance for the animal, and a door provided, guided by guide elements, to be able to take a first position with the trap activated, in which said opening is open, and to take a second position, in which the trap is deactivated with said opening closed. The trap is also provided with an activating means provided to act upon the door to go from the first to the second position, with a first touching element in the cage, and a second gable wall. According to the invention, the trap is primarily characterized in that it is provided with indicating means, optionally readable in a relatively large distance, for indicating of the activated or deactivated position of the trap.
Est décrit un piège permettant d'attraper et éventuellement de tuer des animaux, notamment de petite taille, comme des visons, etc. Ce piège comporte une cage (1) relativement allongée, de préférence pourvue d'un fond, de parois latérales et d'un toit constitué de barres, et possède une première paroi pignon (2) munie d'une première ouverture (4) de préférence circulaire destinée à constituer une entrée pour l'animal, et une porte (7) guidée par des éléments de guidage (6) pour pouvoir adopter une première position avec le piège activé, dans laquelle ladite ouverture (4) est ouverte, et une deuxième position dans laquelle le piège est désactivé et ladite ouverture (4) fermée. Ce piège comporte également un élément d'actionnement (8, 9, 10) destiné à faire passer la porte (7) de la première à la deuxième position, un premier élément de contact (10) dans la cage, et une deuxième paroi pignon (3). Le piège décrit est principalement caractérisé en ce qu'il possède des éléments indicateurs, lisibles optiquement à une distance relativement importante, permettant d'indiquer la position activée ou désactivée du piège.
