The present invention discloses a turn-back flow EDI. It includes a wound module having some of anion and cation exchanger membrane which forms dilution chamber. The membrane is binded along axial on the middle such that dilution chamber divided into inner and outer unit. Dilution water's flow looks like a turn-back flow through outer and inner chamber.
