A unitary machine parsable language for use in data representation and problem solving in knowledge based services having a vocabulary of terms which derive from a natural human language to facilitate ease of comprehension by humans based upon a definition of the context of an item of information. A method of increasing the effectiveness of a knowledge based service consultation comprising splitting the consultation into at least a pre-consultation phase, a consultation phase and a post-consultation phase wherein information collected during earlier phases is electronically checked during the post- consultation phase.
La présente invention concerne un langage unique analysable par machine, destiné à être utilisé pour la représentation de données et la résolution de problèmes dans des services basés sur les connaissances, ayant un vocabulaire de termes qui dérivent d'une langage humain naturel pour en faciliter la compréhension par les êtres humains, se basant sur une définition du contexte d'une information. Cette invention concerne également un procédé permettant d'améliorer l'efficacité d'une consultation de services basés sur les connaissances, ledit procédé comprenant la subdivision de la consultation en au moins une phase de pré-consultation, une phase de consultation, et une phase de post-consultation, les informations recueillies durant les phases antérieures étant vérifiées électroniquement durant la phase de post-consultation.
