In a piece of equipment that attaches to a tractor for the purpose of doing farm related chores and material handling. It is known to have one attachment for a single purpose and many attachments are needed to do the different chores in farming ie) material handling. In this invention only one attachment is needed and consists of a frame that is attached to the loader or three point hitch assemblies of the tractor, using common mounting methods and from this frame is attached a blade that pivots in the center of the frame and is moved from one side to the other by use of hydraulics. To the top of the blade is mounted a hook assembly which is used for grabbing and locking material. To the bottom of the blade is mounted a spear like assembly that can be used for many different functions in farm related material handling ie) manure, hay, wood, stumps, stones, etc. This spear like assembly can also be detached which will enable the unit to be used for plowing snow, grating, liquid manure, etc. Endcaps can also be added to the blade portion so as the blade can be used as a bucket. Other devices can also be added ie) hoist, boom, graffel or winch, etc.
