The present invention discloses a vaccine preventing and /or treating autoimmune diseases. Its active component is: the mixture consisting of a protein antigen causing an autoimmune disease or the epitope peptides thereof, and the recombinant eukaryotic vector which is inserted by an autoantigen or the epitope peptides thereof in polyclonal sites. The autoantigen is insulin, glutamic acid decarboxylase or heat shock protein, myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein, two myelin antigens, zona pellucida 3, myoglobulin, type II collagen, thyroglobulin, cell membrane surface antigen, type II colloid antigen, acetylcholine receptor, thyradin cell surface antigen, salivary gland duct antigen, thyroglobulin, superantigen, or interphotoreceptor retinoid binding protein. The vaccine can inhibit the proliferation of T cells of immune animals and humans, induce the occurrence of immune suppression, as well as prevent and/or treat autoimmune diseases effectively.
La présente invention concerne un vaccin de prévention et/ou de traitement de maladies auto-immunes. Son principe actif est : le mélange constitué d'un antigène protéique entraînant une maladie auto-immune ou les peptides d'épitope de celui-ci, et le vecteur eucaryote recombinant qui est introduit par un auto-antigène ou des peptides d'épitope de celui-ci dans des sites polyclonaux. L'auto-antigène est l'insuline, l'acide glutamique décarboxylase ou la protéine de choc thermique, la glycoprotéine d'oligodendrocyte-myéline, deux antigènes de myéline, la zone pellucide 3, la myoglobuline, le collagène de type II, la thyroglobuline, l'antigène de surface de la membrane de cellulaire, le récepteur d'acétylcholine, l'antigène de surface cellulaire de thyradine, l'antigène de conduit de glande salivaire, la thyroglobuline, le superantigène, la protéine liant l'interphotorécepteur rétinoïde (IRBP). Le vaccin peut inhiber la prolifération des lymphocytes T d'animaux et d'humains immuns, induire la survenance de la suppression immunitaire, et également prévenir et/ou traiter efficacement des maladies auto-immunes.
