A vehicle where respective inwardly inclined wheels (15) of a steerable wheelset run on respective inwardly sloping faces (54) of a guideway having centreline (39). The vehicle having sensing means for sensing lateral displacement of the wheelset relative to a longitudinal reference path. The sensing means signalling a control system including actuating means to steer the wheelset in response to sensed lateral displacement thereof.

L'invention porte sur un véhicule dont les roues (15) inclinées vers l'intérieur d'un train de roues orientable se déplacent sur les faces (54) inclinées vers l'intérieur d'une voie de guidage pourvue d'une ligne centrale (39). Le véhicule possède un dispositif de détection permettant de détecter le déplacement latéral du train de roues par rapport à un trajet de référence longitudinal. Le dispositif de détection génère un signal de système de commande comprenant un actionneur permettant de diriger le train de roues en réaction au déplacement latéral de celui-ci.
