A method for controlling a heating procedure in an oven by using an optically readable information carrier with or on the heating object. The oven may be provided with an optical reading device for touchless reading of the information carrier before and/or during the reading. By providing the information carrier with one or more fields that exhibit color shift at temperatures at will, a feed-back control of the procedure is made possible with simple technical solutions. The special feature of the method is the use of an additional information field for control of the start of the oven.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour surveiller le chauffage dans un four, grâce à un support d'information qui est placé dans le four sur ou dans l'objet chauffé et qui peut être lu optiquement. Le four peut être pourvu d'un dispositif de lecture optique permettant une lecture sans contact du support d'information avant et/ou durant l'opération. Un ou plusieurs champs prévus sur le support d'information, dont la couleur se modifie avec la température, peuvent être utilisés pour réguler la température à volonté, en utilisant des solutions techniques simples. Un trait caractéristique du procédé est l'utilisation d'un champ d'information additionnel pour commander le démarrage du four.
