The present invention concerns a wall structure and a method for constructing such an anchored wall structure. The wall structure is designed for use in a furnace or the similar, where the structure is exposed to cyclical thermal load. The structure consists of a row of individual elements which are placed in the longitudinal direction of the structure and are arranged in one or more courses, one resting on the other. The individual elements may consist of bricks of refractory material and the wall structure may also be provided with internal flue gas ducts. The wall structure is also designed to be able to compensate for longitudinal changes and any vertical changes as a consequence of cyclical thermal load. The wall structure's longitudinal changes are compensated for in a connection (2) arranged at least one end of the wall structure. The structure's individual elements are fixed to each other in the horizontal direction by means of mutually interacting contact elements. This produces a structure which remains stable after repeated thermal cycles, and costs related to restoration and stoppages can be reduced.
L'invention concerne une structure de paroi et un procédé permettant de construire cette structure de paroi ancrée. Cette structure de paroi, qui est destinée à être utilisée dans un four ou analogues, est exposée à une charge thermique cyclique. Cette structure est constituée d'une rangée d'éléments individuels qui sont placés dans le sens longitudinal de la structure et disposés en une ou plusieurs rangées qui reposent les unes sur les autres. Ces éléments individuels peuvent être constitués de briques réfractaires et la structure de paroi peut également être pourvue de conduites de gaz de combustion. En outre, cette structure de paroi est destinée à compenser les changements longitudinaux et tout changement vertical résultant d'une charge thermique cyclique. Les changements longitudinaux subis par la structure de paroi sont compensés par une connexion (2) prévue sur au moins une extrémité de la structure de paroi. Les éléments individuels de la structure sont fixés les uns aux autres dans le sens horizontal, au moyen d'éléments de contact qui interagissent mutuellement. On obtient ainsi une structure qui reste stable après des cycles thermiques répétés et dont les coûts, pour ce qui touche à la réparation et aux arrêts, peuvent être réduits.
