A water-proof bag for banking, uses the net built-in rubber material and is sewed by high-frequency wave to form a pillow shape bag of closed type. In the middle part of the bag's peripheral is sewed an anti-belt for each side, whose body and whose inner part is set with a plug type water inlet and some anti-belts respectively. This bag is filled with water by pump. After the bag is full of water, the plug inlet can be plug- in the body to form a shape with smooth surface which is good for stacking up. Generally, we adopt up and down piling and putting the convex shape of the upper layer fit to the in-between part of lower layer as its primary building construction, which enable their anti-belts press each other and function well for preventing collapse of the whole bags. This construction is novel and not obviousness, and is provided with advantages such as easy for obtaining materials locally, simple sealing work, anti-slide and anti-press, and save transportation fee, and meet the requirements of the Utility Model Patents.
