The invention relates to a web (20) comprising mutually sequentially disposed package blanks (26) and an arrangement for opening and closing the package blanks. The web has longitudinal first and second edges and a first wall (21a) opposing a second wall (21b). Transverse slits (27) are disposed between the side closures of the package blanks. Each respective wall is, along said second edge, provided with retainer means which guide edge portions of the web when this is displaced along mechanical devices. The wall (21a, b) of each package blank is provided with a longitudinal slit (29a). The slit (29a) of the first wall departs from the slit (27) at the one side closure of the package blank, and the slit of the second wall departs from the slit at the second side closure of the package blank. The apparatus includes mechanical retainer devices which are disposed in spaced apart relationship from one another in that part of the apparatus where the package blanks are displaced in the opened state and adjacent one another when the blanks are displaced in the closed state. Guide means (35a, b; 36a, b) displace the edge portions (24a, b) of the web (20) in relation to one another when the package blanks are opened or closed.
Bande (20) qui comprend des flans (26) d'emballage disposés de manière séquentielle, et dispositif permettant d'ouvrir et de fermer lesdits flans. La bande possède des premier et second bords longitudinaux et une première paroi (21a) opposée à une seconde paroi (21b). Des fentes transversales (27) sont ménagées entre les fermetures latérales des flans d'emballage. Chaque paroi respective est pourvue, le long dudit second bord, de dispositifs de retenue qui guident les bords de la bande lorsque cette dernière est déplacée le long de dispositifs mécaniques. La paroi (21a, b) de chaque flan d'emballage est dotée d'une fente longitudinale (29a). Ladite fente (29a) de la première paroi part de la fente (27) située au niveau de la fermeture latérale du flan d'emballage, et la fente de la seconde paroi part de la fente située au niveau de la seconde fermeture latérale du flan d'emballage. Ledit appareil comporte des dispositifs de retenue mécaniques espacés les uns des autres dans cette partie de l'appareil dans laquelle les flans d'emballage sont déplacés à l'etat ouvert et adjacents les uns aux autres lorsque ces flans sont déplacés à l'état fermé. Des dispositifs de guidage (35a, b; 36a, b) déplacent les bords (24a, b) de la bande (20) l'un par rapport à l'autre lorsque les flans d'emballage sont ouverts ou fermés.
