The invention refers to a motor vehicle and wheel suspension assembly for a rear wheel of a motor vehicle. The assembly comprises wheel spindle housing (11 ) supporting a wheel spindle (12) carrying the rear wheel (6) and defining a wheel center. A frame structure (9) is adapted to be connected to a vehicle body or an engine-transmission assembly of the motor vehicle. A spring link (13) extends between the frame structure and the wheel spindle housing and carries a vehicle spring (14). First and second control links (16, 17) extend between the frame structure and the wheel spindle housing to control the wheel spindle housing to maintain the rear wheel substantially in parallel with a longitudinal direction (X). A first (18) and second (19) camber link extends between the frame structure and the wheel spindle housing, and intersect each other. An instantaneous center of motion is located at a position far outside the wheel and then rearward the wheel, or far inside the wheel and then forward the wheel.
L'invention concerne un véhicule à moteur et un ensemble de suspension de roue pour roue arrière d'un véhicule à moteur. L'ensemble comporte un logement d'axe de roue (11) supportant un axe de roue (12) portant la roue arrière (6) et définissant un centre de roue. Une structure de châssis (9) est adaptée à des fins de raccordement sur une carrosserie de véhicule ou un ensemble moteur-boîte de vitesses du véhicule à moteur. Une bielle à ressort (13) s'étend entre la structure de châssis et le logement d'axe de roue et porte un ressort de véhicule (14). Une première biellette de commande et une deuxième biellette de commande (16, 17) s'étendent entre la structure de châssis et le logement d'axe de roue pour commander le logement d'axe de roue afin de maintenir la roue arrière sensiblement parallèle par rapport à une direction longitudinale (X). Une première bielle de carrossage (18) et une deuxième bielle de carrossage (19) s'étendent entre la structure de châssis et le logement d'axe de roue, et se croisent l'une par rapport à l'autre. Un centre de mouvement instantané se situe au niveau d'une position très décalée vers l'extérieur par rapport à la roue puis à l'arrière par rapport à la roue, ou très décalée vers l'intérieur par rapport à la roue puis à l'avant par rapport à la roue.
