A wire feeding apparatus for an electrical box. The apparatus may include an elongated rigid feeder member having first and second ends. A securing device may be connected to the first end of the elongated feeder member for securing a wire to the apparatus and an insertion tip member may be connected to the second end of the elongated feeder member for insertion into the electrical box. there is also disclosed a method of feeding a wire through an electrical box. The method may include securing the wire to a first end of a rigid curved wire feeding apparatus. The method may also include inserting the rigid curved wire feeding apparatus at a second end into the electrical box and hand feeding the rigid curved wire feeding apparatus through the electrical box to pull the wire through the electrical box.
