08CP12061 ABS GRAFT COPOLYMERS AND COMPOSITIONS THEREOF Abstract of the Disclosure A graft copolymer comprises (a) a rubber substrate formed from a diene monomer and a styrene monomer and having an average latex particle size of not greater than about 100 nm, and (b) a grafted portion formed from at least one styrene monomer and an acrylic monomer. The graft copolymer is formed by an emulsion polymerization process employing a thermally activated initiator system which provides carbon radicals during the polymerization process.
