An absorbent article capable of separate disposal of urine and feces, which does not cause wearers thereof to feel discomfort especially after swelling of the absorbent through absorption of body fluid. In particular, an absorbent article comprising a sheet part; a leak prevention member having two bag parts disposed on the upper side of the sheet part with a horizontal spacing and provided with openings opposite to each other; and at least one layer of absorbent arranged in each of the two bag parts, the absorbent comprising a highly water absorbent resin and capable of absorbing body fluid.

Protection absorbante capable de séparer les urines et les matières fécales, qui ne procure aucun inconfort au porteur, en particulier après gonflement de la partie absorbante lors de l~absorption des fluides corporels. Protection absorbante qui comprend en outre un voile de protection, une zone de prévention des fuites avec deux poches disposées dans la partie supérieure du voile avec une séparation horizontale et des ouvertures prévues de chaque côté, et au moins une couche de matière absorbante dans chacune des deux poches, cette matière étant constituée d~une résine fortement hydrophile et capable d~absorber les fluides corporels.
