An absorbent article having a napkin body (2) comprising as the essentials a liquid-permeable top sheet (3), a liquid -impermeable back sheet (4), and a liquid-absorbing member (5) placed between the top sheet (3) and the back sheet (4), wherein a removable cover sheet (20A) having a length and a width which do not exceed respectively the length and width of the napkin body (2) is provided on the top sheet (3) side of the napkin body (2) in contact with the top sheet (3).
L'invention concerne un article absorbant constitué d'une serviette (2) comprenant comme éléments essentiels une feuille supérieure perméable aux liquides (3), une feuille de support imperméable aux liquides (4), et un élément d'absorption de liquide (5) placé entre la feuille supérieure perméable aux liquides (3) et la feuille de support (4), la feuille de protection amovible (20A) dont la longueur et la largeur n'excède pas, respectivement la longueur et la largeur de la serviette (2), est placée sur la feuille supérieure (3) à côté de la serviette (2) en contact avec la feuille supérieure (3).
