An absorbent article comprising an absorbent core, which comprises a primary aqueous-liquid-absorbing agent that contains water-absorbent resin particles, wherein the water-absorbent resin particles are obtained by a process including the step of polymerizing a water-soluble ethylenically unsaturated monomer having a carboxyl group, in the presence of an internal-crosslinking agent having at least four functional groups each capable of forming a covalent bond with a carboxyl group to thereby obtain a hydropolymer that is internally cross-linked and surface-crosslinked, the primary aqueous-liquid- absorbing agent being characterized by exhibiting a water absorption capacity (CRC) of 5 to 25 g/g and a saline flow conductivity (SFC) of not less than 1216 xl.theta.~7cm3 s/g.
La présente invention se rapporte à un article absorbant comprenant une âme absorbante, comprenant un agent absorbant de liquide aqueux primaire contenant des particules de résine absorbant l~eau, dans laquelle les particules de résine absorbant l~eau sont obtenues par un procédé incluant l~étape de polymérisation d~un monomère insaturé à l~éthylène soluble dans l~eau ayant un groupe carboxyle, en présence d~un agent de réticulation interne ayant au moins quatre groupes fonctionnels, chacun capable de former un lien covalent avec un groupe carboxyle pour obtenir ainsi un hydropolymère à réticulation interne et à réticulation de surface, l~agent absorbant de liquide aqueux primaire étant caractérisé par une capacité d~absorption d~eau (CRC) de 5 à 25 g/g et une conductivité de flux salin (SFC) de 1216 x l.theta.~7cm3 s/g minimum.
