A disposable absorbent article such as an absorbent diaper comprises a containment assembly comprising a topsheet, a backsheet and an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet. The backsheet comprises a nonwoven web positioned at the outermost of the absorbent article, for covering at least a portion of the outermost portion of the absorbent article. The backsheet has a hand value of Koshi of less than about 11.0, a hand value of Shari of from about 5.0 to about 7.0, and a hand value of Fukurami of less than about 0.5. Preferably, the backsheet has a fuzz level of less than about 0.24 mg/cm2. More preferably, the nonwoven web is a spunbonded nonwoven web. In a preferred embodiment, the spunbonded nonwoven web has a tensile strength of at least 180 gf/cm in the traverse direction of the disposable absorbent article. Preferably, the backsheet further comprises a plastic film having an outer-facing surface and a body-facing surface, and the nonwoven web is joined with the outer-facing surface of the plastic film to form a laminate. In a preferred embodiment, the nonwoven web is made of spun-bonded plastic fibers of a polyethylene and a polypropylene.
Cette invention concerne un article absorbant jetable, tel qu'une couche-culotte absorbante, lequel comprend un système de contention qui se compose d'une feuille supérieure, d'une feuille inférieure, ainsi que d'un noyau absorbant disposé entre lesdites feuilles supérieure et inférieure. La feuille inférieure se compose d'un voile non tissé qui est disposé sur l'extérieur de l'article absorbant, ceci de manière à recouvrir au moins partiellement la partie de l'article qui est située le plus à l'extérieur. La feuille inférieure possède un indice de main de Koshi inférieur à environ 11,0, un indice de main de Shari allant environ de 5,0 à 7,0, et un indice de main de Fukurami inférieur à environ 0,5. Cette feuille arrière possède de préférence un niveau de peluchage qui est inférieur à environ 0,24 mg/cm?2¿. De préférence encore, le voile non tissé consiste en un voile filé-lié. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, le voile non tissé et filé-lié possède une résistance à la traction d'au moins 180 gf/cm dans le sens transversal de l'article absorbant jetable. Il est en outre préférable que la feuille inférieure comporte un film plastique ayant une surface tournée vers l'extérieur et une surface tournée vers le corps, le voile non tissé étant joint à la surface du film plastique qui est tournée vers l'extérieur de manière à former un laminât. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, le voile non tissé est fait de fibres plastiques filées-liées se composant d'un polyéthylène ou d'un polypropylène.
