Absorbent article such as a diaper and an incontinence guard comprising a liquid permeable topsheet (2), a liquid impermeable backsheet (3) and an absorbent body (4) enclosed therebetween, said article having a front portion (5), a rear portion (6) and a crotch portion (7) therebetween, and further is provided with a belt (9) attached to or intended to be attached to the rear portion (6) of the article and to the front portion (5) of the article, in such a way that the article will assume a pantlike shape, where the belt (9) forms a part of the waist portion of the pant. In order to avoid skin injuries and irritations the belt (9) comprises a flexible laminate of a carrier material (11) intended to form the outside of the belt and a nonwoven material (12) forming the inside of the belt which will be in direct contact with the user, at which said laminate has a Shinyakasa value according to Kawabata of 5 or more.

L'invention concerne un article absorbant tel qu'une couche ou une garniture pour incontinence comprenant une couche (2) supérieure perméable au liquide, une couche de fond imperméable et un élément (4) absorbant intercalé entre ces deux couches. L'article se compose d'une partie (5) avant, d'une partie (6) arrière et d'une partie (7) d'entrejambe ainsi que d'une ceinture (9) fixée ou prévue pour être fixée sur la partie (6) arrière et sur la partie (5) avant de l'article de manière à conférer à l'article une forme de culotte dans laquelle la ceinture (9) forme une partie de la ceinture de la culotte. Pour éviter les irritations de la peau, la ceinture (9) est composée d'un laminé flexible comprenant un matériau (11) de support formant l'extérieur de la ceinture et un matériau (12) non tissé formant l'intérieur de la ceinture qui entre en contact avec la peau de l'utilisateur et présente une valeur de Shinyakasa selon Kawabata égale ou supérieure à 5.
