A disposable pull-on garment has a front waist region and a back waist region opposite the front waist region. The disposable pull-on garment also has a chassis and front and back waist members attached to the chassis in the front and back waist regions, respectively. The front waist member has a first retraction force and the back waist member has a second retraction force. The disposable pull-on garment also has a pair of side members attaching the front waist region to the back waist region, thereby forming a waist opening and a pair of leg openings. Each of the pair of side members includes a waist zone and a hip zone. The waist zones have retraction forces which are about equal to the first retraction force, and the hip zones have retraction forces which are greater than the first or second retraction forces.

Le vêtement jetable enfilable par la tête possède également un châssis et des éléments de taille avant et arrière fixés au châssis dans les zones avant et arrière de taille, respectivement. L~élément de taille avant possède une première force de rétraction et l~élément de taille arrière possède une seconde force de rétraction. Le vêtement jetable enfilable par la tête possède également une paire d~éléments latéraux fixant la zone frontale de taille à la zone arrière de taille, constituant ainsi une ouverture de taille et une paire d~ouvertures pour les jambes. Chacun de la paire d~éléments latéraux comporte une zone de taille et une zone de hanche. Les zones de taille ont des forces de rétraction sensiblement égales à la première force de rétraction, et les zones de hanche ont des forces de rétraction supérieures à la première force de rétraction ou à la seconde force de rétraction.
