An absorbent article including a liquid permeable topsheet, a liquid impermeable backsheet joined with the topsheet and an absorbent core located between the topsheet and the backsheet. The absorbent article also includes a finger pocket located on the backsheet. The finger pocket includes a fixed portion joined to the backsheet and the free portion is preferably free to move away from the backsheet to provide an opening. A diaperer may slide a finger into the opening for controlling at least a portion of the absorbent article while the diaper is being fitted to or removed from a wearer.
Un article absorbant comprend une feuille supérieure perméable aux liquides, une feuille inférieure imperméable aux liquides qui est reliée à la feuille supérieure et une âme absorbante située entre les deux feuilles supérieure et inférieure. Cet article absorbant comprend également une poche pour les doigts qui est prévue sur la feuille inférieure, ladite poche pour les doigts comportant une partie fixe reliée à la feuille inférieure et une partie libre qui est de préférence capable de s'éloigner de la feuille inférieure pour former une ouverture. Une personne chargée de mettre en place une couche peut glisser un doigt dans l'ouverture pour retenir au moins une partie de l'article absorbant au moment où elle fixe la couche sur l'utilisateur ou bien au moment où elle enlève ladite couche.
