An absorbent article comprising a topsheet, a backsheet and an absorbent core therebetween is disclosed. The backsheet comprises a breathable microporous film with a layer of an adhesive composition, preferably a panty fastening adhesive composition, applied thereon. The adhesive composition is applied so as to show stable adhesive properties compensating the absorption of a migrating portion of the adhesive composition into the microporous film.

L'invention concerne un article absorbant comprenant une feuille supérieure, une feuille inférieure et, entre les deux, une partie centrale absorbante. La feuille inférieure comporte un film microporeux imper-respirant avec une couche d'une composition d'adhésion, de préférence une composition à adhésif de fixation à une culotte, appliquée sur ledit film. La composition d'adhésion est appliquée de façon à présenter un pouvoir d'adhésion stable compensant l'absorption d'une partie migrante de la composition d'adhésion dans le film microporeux.
