The present disclosure relates to improved absorbent structures containing water-absorbing material that is immo-bilized with a matrix material and by use of a coating or partial coating of an immobilization enhancing component on the water--absorbing polymeric particles. This also relates to the use of an immobilization enhancing component in an absorbent structure in-cluding an absorbent component that includes a water-absorbing material and a matrix material. The absorbent structure is suit-able, for example, as absorbent core in an adult incontinence article, infant (baby, toddler) diapers, including training or pull-on pants, and feminine hygiene article, such as sanitary napkins.
L'invention concerne des structures absorbantes améliorées contenant une matière absorbant l'eau qui est immobilisée au moyen d'une matière matricielle et par l'application d'un revêtement entier ou partiel d'un composant augmentant l'immobilisation sur des particules polymères absorbant l'eau. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation d'un composant d'augmentation d'immobilisation dans une structure absorbante comprenant un composant absorbant l'eau qui comprend une matière absorbant l'eau et une matière matricielle. La structure absorbante est par exemple appropriée en tant que noyau absorbant dans des articles pour incontinence destinés aux adultes, des couches pour bébés, y compris des culottes absorbantes, et des articles d'hygiène pour femmes, notamment des serviettes hygiéniques.
