The invention proposes an abutment set for a dental implant, comprising an abutment post (2) for fixing to a dental implant (1), which abutment post is anatomically pre- configured, and an abutment cap (7), which cap is anatomically pre -configured, and adapted for mounting onto said abutment post without further machining by the customer; wherein the abutment post is adapted for fixing to a dental implant and for receiving said abutment cap without further machining by the customer, and the abutment cap is adapted to receiving a veneering (12); and the abutment cap and the abutment post being pre -fabricated for providing appropriate dental prostheses for a multiplicity of different patients, and wherein the abutment cap has means (10) for defined rotational and lateral fixing in impression material applied by a dentist, as well as a method for manufacturing a dental prosthesis.

L'invention propose un assemblage de pivot pour un implant dentaire, comprenant un tenon de pivot (2) sur lequel se fixe un implant dentaire (1), lequel tenon de pivot est préconfiguré anatomiquement, et un capuchon de pivot (7), lequel capuchon est préconfiguré anatomiquement et adapté pour être monté sur ledit tenon de pivot sans usinage de la part du client ; le tenon de pivot dudit assemblage est adapté pour être fixé à un implant dentaire et pour recevoir ledit capuchon de pivot sans usinage de la part du client, et le capuchon de pivot étant adapté pour recevoir un placage (12) ; le capuchon de pivot et le tenon de pivot étant préfabriqués pour obtenir des prothèses dentaires appropriées pour une multiplicité de patients différents, et le capuchon de pivot comportant des moyens (10) pour un attachement défini rotationnel et latéral au matériel d'impression appliqué par un dentiste. L~invention propose aussi une méthode pour fabriquer une prothèse dentaire.
