The cell includes at least two lines (A and B) of identical elements, and each line includes at least one Zener diode (DZ1 or DZ2), an optocoupler (U1 or U2) including an LED, a diode (D2 or D4) and a resistor (R1 or R3), each of said elements being arranged in series.
