Disclosed herein are accelerants for the formation of oxime-containing compounds from the reaction of a carbonyl-containing compound and a hydroxylamine-containing compound. The oxime-containing compound, the carbonyl- containing compound and the hydroxylamine-containing compound can each be a non-natural amino acid or a non-natural amino acid polypeptide. Also disclosed is the use of such accelerants to form oxime-containing compounds, the resulting oxime-containing compounds, and reaction mixtures containing such accelerants.

La présente invention concerne des accélérateurs destinés à la formation de composés contenant de l~oxime à partir de la réaction d~un composé contenant un groupe carbonyle et d~un composé contenant de l~hydroxylamine. Le composé contenant de l~oxime, le composé contenant un groupe carbonyle et le composé contenant de l~hydroxylamine peuvent être chacun un acide aminé non-naturel ou un polypeptide formé d~acides aminés non-naturels. L~invention concerne également l~utilisation de tels accélérateurs en vue de former des composés contenant de l~oxime, les composés contenant de l~oxime obtenus et des mélanges réactionnels comprenant de tels accélérateurs.
