Accelerated method for converting carbon dioxide into energy. The present invention relates to a method for converting carbon dioxide into energy, which comprises the steps of cultivating phytoplankton in electromagnetic bioaccelerators, producing oxygen and biomass composed of lipids, hydrocarbons and sugars from the previous step, oxidizing the hydrocarbons produced in the previous step in order to generate carbon dioxide and NOx, and collecting the carbon dioxide and NOx from the previous step for the purposes of the cultivation in the first step.
