An accelerometer or a spherical sensor type measuring instrument which has spherical surface electrodes and whose spherical mass part or a spherical sensorpart can be controlled by an active restrictive control system. The acceleration meter or the spherical sensor type measuring instrument has the spherical mass part levitated by an electrostatic supporting force and electrodes which are arranged so as to surround the spherical mass part and have spherical inner surfaces. The electrodes include a plurality of electrostatic supporting electrodes arranged symmetrically with respect to the spherical mass part and displacement detection electrodes arranged between the electrostatic supporting electrodes.
L'invention se rapporte à un accéléromètre ou à un instrument de mesure du type capteur sphérique qui possède des électrodes à surface sphérique et dont la partie masse sphérique ou la partie capteur sphérique peut être commandée par un système de commande restrictif actif. L'accéléromètre ou l'instrument de mesure de type capteur sphérique comporte une partie masse sphérique soulevée par une force de support électrostatique et des électrodes qui sont disposées de manière à entourer la partie masse sphérique et à présenter des surfaces internes sphériques.
