A control apparatus configured to allow a communication device supporting a first frequency setting to enter a system providing a communications facility based on a second frequency setting, wherein the first frequency setting provides only a partial support for communications in the system is disclosed. The control apparatus may be co-operative with a second control apparatus. The second control apparatus is configured to determine based on frequency setting information received from the system if it is possible to transmit to the system based on the first frequency setting supported by the communication device.
L'invention porte sur un appareil de commande configuré pour permettre à un dispositif de communication prenant en charge un premier réglage de fréquence d'entrer dans un système fournissant un équipement de communications sur la base d'un second réglage de fréquence, le premier réglage de fréquence fournissant uniquement un support partiel pour des communications dans le système. L'appareil de commande peut coopérer avec un second appareil de commande. Le second appareil de commande est configuré pour déterminer, sur la base d'informations de réglage de fréquence reçues du système, s'il est possible de transmettre au système sur la base du premier réglage de fréquence pris en charge par le dispositif de communication.
