An access device (2) for external connection of an external circuit or a fluid source to a patient for medical purposes, including mouths (7) of access channels (8) with connections that are connectable to the patient and being surrounded by a connecting surface (6) , and a guide with holding elements (5) which is open in its both ends for the co-operation with holding means (17) on a coupling device (3,4) . Portions (30) of the access channels (8), which are most adjacent to each other are formed with curves that are directed to each other so that the course of a transition channel (9) , which is arranged to be formed by the access device and a connected coupling device of the kind which is formed in order to directly interconnect said two mouths, has an inner curved portion in the area of the connecting surface. The invention also concerns a method for producing an access device, a coupling device and an access system.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'accès (2) permettant une connexion externe entre un circuit externe ou une source de fluide et un patient, utilisé dans le domaine médical. Ledit dispositif comprend des ouvertures (7) de canaux d'accès (8) présentant des connecteurs pouvant être reliés au patient et entourés par une surface de connexion (6) et un dispositif de guidage comprenant des éléments de maintien (5), ce dernier étant ouvert aux deux extrémités, de manière à coopérer avec les organes de maintien (17) situés sur un dispositif de couplage (3, 4). Des parties (30) des canaux d'accès (8), adjacentes les unes aux autres, sont courbées les unes vers les autres, de sorte que le parcours d'un canal de transition (9), formé par le dispositif d'accès et un dispositif de couplage connecté, lequel est formé de manière à interconnecter directement les deux ouvertures, présente une partie intérieure courbe dans la zone de la surface de connexion. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour produire un dispositif d'accès, un dispositif de couplage et un système d'accès.
