ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A marine installation comprising a watercraft having a generally horizontal surface, and a ladder assembly comprising a ladder frame including spaced, parallel side bars, and spaced, parallel rungs extending between the side bars, and a mechanism for mounting the ladder frame on the horizontal surface such that the ladder frame is movable between a storage position wherein the ladder frame is located above the surface and an operating position wherein the ladder frame extends below the surface.
