A system for facilitating the opening of accounts by a plurality of backend systems. The account opening system includes a front-end interface that interacts with a customer to collect customer information such as an account- type selection, billing information and pickup location information. A backend interface of the system pre-validates the customer information and routes the customer information to the backend systems for activation of the account. The backend interface also includes a monitor that determines the availability of the backend systems and a cache that stores the open account request and customer information of later routing when the backend systems are temporarily unavailable. Advantageously, pre-validation of the customer information allows the backend interface to distribute an account number to the customer in real time when the backend systems are unavailable. Pre-validation ensures that the customer information is sufficiently correct to allow later activation of the account by the backend systems.
La présente invention se rapporte à un système facilitant l'ouverture de comptes par une pluralité de systèmes dorsaux. Le système d'ouverture de comptes comprend une interface frontale qui interagit avec un client de manière à recueillir des informations relatives à ce client telles qu'une sélection de type de compte, des informations de facturation et des informations relatives à un lieu de ramassage. Une interface dorsale du système effectue une validation préalable des informations du client et achemine ces informations vers les systèmes dorsaux aux fins de l'activation du compte. L'interface dorsale comprend également un contrôleur qui détermine la disponibilité des systèmes dorsaux et une antémémoire qui stocke la demande d'ouverture de compte et les informations du client en vue de leur acheminement ultérieur lorsque les systèmes dorsaux sont temporairement indisponibles. Avantageusement, la pré-validation des informations relatives au client permet à l'interface dorsale de distribuer un numéro de compte au client en temps réel lorsque les systèmes dorsaux sont indisponibles. La pré-validation permet d'assurer que les informations relatives aux clients sont suffisamment correctes pour permettre une activation ultérieure du compte par les systèmes dorsaux.
