A metallic bellows type accumulator (1) capable of suppressing the occurrence of rattling of a volume controlling spacer (22) installed in the housing (2) of the accumulator (1) due to aged deterioration and heat contraction to prevent noise from occurring and a bellows (7) from being damaged by the rattling, comprising the housing (2) having a shell (3) and a gas end cover (4), the metallic bellows (7) disposed in the housing (2), and the volume controlling spacer (22) fixed on the inside of the gas end cover (4). The spacer (22) is formed in a disk-like shape of a specified resin material, and comprises a hole part (25) at the flat surface center part and a slit part (26) at one circumferential position. The outer diameter dimension of the spacer (22) is larger than the inner diameter dimension of the spacer insert portion of the gas end cover (4). The spacer is inserted into the gas end cover (4) in the reduced state of the outer diameter dimension and fixed to the inner diameter side of the gas end cover (4) by the elastic restoring force thereof.
L'invention concerne un accumulateur de type soufflet métallique (1) empêchant l'apparition d'un cliquetis au niveau d'une entretoise de régulation de volume (22) installée dans le boîtier (2) de l'accumulateur (1) du fait d'une détérioration par le vieillissement et d'une contraction thermique, ce qui permet d'empêcher l'apparition d'un bruit et l'endommagement d'un soufflet (7) par le cliquetis. Cet accumulateur comprend un boîtier (2) possédant une enveloppe (3) et un couvercle d'extrémité étanche aux gaz (4), un soufflet métallique (7) disposé dans ce boîtier (2), et une entretoise de régulation de volume (22) fixée à l'intérieur du couvercle d'extrémité étanche aux gaz (4). L'entretoise (22) se présente sous la forme d'un disque et est constituée d'une matière de résine spécifiée. En outre, elle comporte un orifice (25) au niveau d'une partie centrale superficielle plate et une fente (26) au niveau d'une position circonférentielle. Le diamètre extérieur de l'entretoise (22) est plus important que le diamètre intérieur de la partie d'insertion d'entretoise du couvercle d'extrémité étanche aux gaz (4). Ladite entretoise est insérée dans le couvercle d'extrémité étanche aux gaz (4) lors d'une réduction du diamètre extérieur et fixée au côté du diamètre intérieur du couvercle d'extrémité étanche aux gaz (4) sous l'action d'une force de rappel élastique correspondante.
