ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A sling-shot device including, in basic assembly, an enclosed, generally circular "tine" section or impellar holder fixed on the grip or handle portion of the assembly with provision in the circular "tine" section for angularly and rotatably adjusting the secured ends of the elastic power band or the like or equivalent sling or impeller member, the ends being mounted secure at more or less diametrically opposed points located circumferentially on said circular "tine" section so that at least substantially perpendicular aiming (or sighting) and "firing" of the sling-shot is facilitated regardless of the position assumed in operational holding of the sling-shot when other-than-perpendicular (to the ground) handle dispositions are encountered; this accommodating a natural and most comfortable and desired body stance and head- cocking positional relationship assumed because of individual physique, style and mannerism for any given shooter using the sling-shot.
