A non-toxic, highly frangible accurate projectile constructed with a frangible bullet jacket and a frangible internal core. Both jacket and core are constituted from metals particles which are blended in a liquid natural rubber binder, compressed or swaged and heated till cured. The jacket and core are then formed into a projectile using conventional bullet manufacturing procedures and equipment.
