The present invention provides an acid addition salt of Udenafil, a preparation method thereof and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. The acid addition salt of Udenafil in which Udenafil is bonded to an organic acid selected from the group consisting of oxalic acid, benzenesulfonic acid, camphorsulfonic acid, cinnamic acid, adipic acid and cyclamic acid, has excellent solubility in an aqueous medium, water stability and crystallinity, thereby being suitably applied for a pharmaceutical composition.
La présente invention porte sur un sel d'addition d'acide de l'udenafil, sur un procédé de préparation de celui-ci et sur une composition pharmaceutique le comprenant. Le sel d'addition d'acide de l'udenafil dans lequel l'udenafil est lié à un acide organique choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'acide oxalique, l'acide benzènesulfonique, l'acide camphosulfonique, l'acide cinnamique, l'acide adipique et l'acide cyclamique, a d'excellentes solubilité dans un milieu aqueux, stabilité dans l'eau et cristallinité, ce qui permet ainsi de l'appliquer de manière appropriée pour une composition pharmaceutique.
