The invention relates to a material consisting of the acidic addition salt of a morphine alkaloid and an organic acid. The organic acid is selected from: monoesters of C3-C16 dicarboxylic acids with monovalent C1- C4 alcohols; C2-C16 sulphonic acids; substituted benzoic acids selected from the group of halogen-, hydroxy-, alkyl-, hydroxyalkyl-, alkoxy alkyl-, and/or alkoxy-substituted benzoic acids and the amino substituted benzoic acids alternatively alkylated on the N atom; 5 or 6 ring heterocycles with at least one N or S atom and one carboxyl groups function; saturated or unsaturated, alternatively substituted oxocarboxylic acids with 5 to 10 C atoms; phenyl- or phenoxy-substituted saturated C2-C4 carboxylic acid; aliphatic, aromatic or heterocyclic C2-C12 amino acids, wherein one amino group is substituted with an alternatively substituted C2-C6 alkanoyl group or an alternatively substituted benzoyl group.
L'invention concerne une substance constituée du sel d'addition d'acide d'un alcaloïde de la morphine et d'un acide organique. L'acide organique est sélectionné parmi: des monoesters d'acides dicarboxyliques C3-C16 comportant des alcools C1-C4 monovalents; des acides sulfoniques C2-C16; des acides benzoïques substitués, sélectionnés dans le groupe des acides benzoïques à substitution halogène, hydroxy, alkyle, hydroxyalkyle, alcoxyalkyle et/ou alcoxy, ainsi que les acides benzoïques éventuellement à substitution amino, alkylés au niveau de l'atome de N; des hétérocycles à 5 ou 6 noyaux avec au moins un atome de N ou un atome de S et une fonction de groupe carboxyle; des acides oxocarboxyliques saturés ou non, éventuellement substitués, comportant 5 à 10 atomes de C; des acides carboxyliques C2-C4 saturés, à substitution phényle ou phénoxy; des aminoacides C2-C12, aliphatiques, aromatiques ou hétérocycliques, dans lesquels un groupe amino est substitué par un groupe alcanoyle C2-C6 éventuellement substitué ou un groupe benzoyle éventuellement substitué
