A nutritional formulahas a pH in the liquid state in the range from 4.8 to 5.2, which formula comprises, on a dry matter basis, lactic acid in an amount of not more than 1.35% and at least 0.5% of a salt of lactic acid (+)-lactic acid for preparing nutritional formulas with a pH in the range of 3.5 to 6.

L'invention porte sur une formule nutritive qui présente un pH, à l'état liquide, dans la plage allant de 4,8 à 5,2, la formule comportant, sur une base de matière sèche, de l'acide lactique en une teneur non supérieure à 1,35 %, et au moins 0,5 % d'un sel d'acide lactique (+)-dacide lactique pour préparer des formules nutritives avec un pH dans la plage allant de 3,5 à 6.
