The invention relates to an acoustic panel for emitting, receiving or absorbing sounds, characterized in that it includes two walls (12, 14) arranged opposite one another and defining an inner space (16), said inner space (16) including at least 50% air and being provided with at least one recess (16), at least one deformable element (20), means (22) for exerting a force on said at least one deformable element (20), and means (24) for linking said at least one element to a surface (26) of one of said walls (12, 14), said at least one deformable element (20), linking means (24) and surface (26) defining a chamber.
L'objet de l'invention est un panneau acoustique, destiné à émettre, recevoir, ou absorber des sons, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux parois (12, 14) disposées en regard l'une de l'autre et délimitant un espace interne (16), ledit espace interne (16) comprenant au moins 50% d'air et étant muni d'au moins une cavité (16), au moins un élément (20) apte à se déformer, des moyens (22) d'exercice d'un effort sur ledit au moins un élément de déformation (20), et des moyens de liaison (24) dudit au moins un élément à une (26) de l'une desdites parois (12, 14), lesdits au moins un élément de déformation (20), moyens de liaison (24) et face (26) délimitant une chambre.
