L'objet de l'invention est un panneau acoustique comprenant une couche réflectrice, au moins une structure alvéolaire et une structure acoustiquement résistive formant une surface aérodynamique d'un aéronef à la surface de laquelle se propage au moins une onde acoustique selon un axe de propagation (24), au moins une des caractéristiques du panneau acoustique influençant l'impédance dudit panneau variant selon l'axe de propagation (24) de ladite au moins une onde acoustique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une première zone A avec une impédance acoustique constante juxtaposée selon l'axe de propagation (24) de ladite au moins une onde acoustique à une zone C au niveau de laquelle au moins une caractéristique du panneau acoustique influençant l'impédance varie progressivement selon l'axe de propagation de ladite au moins une onde acoustique, ladite caractéristique ayant une valeur sans variations brusques d'une zone à l'autre.
