Disclosed is an acoustic practice mute (10) for brass simple construction, light weight, which acoustically transmits muted or dampened sound to the ears (44) of the player without any electrical or membrane amplification, in which the sound transmitted is not distorted or changed from a natural sound, in which the volume of sound to the player's ears (44) can be regulated (38) and which can be used by the player as a normal mute.

L'invention concerne une sourdine acoustique (10) d'une conception simple et légère, pour s'exercer avec un instrument à cuivre, qui transmet des sons assourdis ou affaiblis aux oreilles (44) du joueur sans aucune amplification électrique ou à membrane.
