A multilayered insulation product includes at least two two-part strata, each two-part stratum having a fibrous insulation layer and a sound reflecting barrier layer, and fasteners attached to at least one of the two-part stratums to enable the multilayered insulation product to be fastened together when folded around an article to be insulated.
