ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An acoustical ceiling panel is described which includes a generally pyramid-form frame having an exterior surface and an interior cavity. A fabric covering is positioned on the exterior surface of the frame. A lining of acoustically dampening material is positioned within the interior cavity. The acoustical ceiling panel, as described, is particularly suited for use on ceilings which have a fire sprinkler network.
