An acridone derivative represented by general formula (I) and a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, efficacious in preventing or treating deseases wherein histamine, leucotriene and the like participate and allergic diseases such as asthma, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, urticaria, hay fever, gastrointestinal allergy, and food allergy, wherein R1 to R8 represent each hydrogen, lower alkyl, etc.; and n represents an integer of 1 to 6.

Cette invention concerne un dérivé d'acridone ainsi que son sel acceptable sur le plan pharmaceutique, lesquels sont efficaces dans la prévention ou le traitement de maladies dues à l'activité d'histamine, de leucotriène ou d'autres agents similaires, ou encore dans la prévention ou le traitement de maladies allergiques tel que l'asthme, la rhinite allergique, la dermatite atopique, l'urticaire, le rhume des foins, les allergies gastro-intestinales et les allergies alimentaires. Ce dérivé correspond à la formule générale suivante (I) où les éléments R?1¿ à R?8¿ représentent chacun hydrogène, alkyle inférieur, etc.; et n représente un nombre entier de 1 à 6.
