A two-part initiator system useful in acrylic adhesive compositions comprising in one-part a stable organoboron amine complex and in the second part an organic acid destabilizer or activator. This initiator is particularly useful in elastomeric acrylic adhesive compositions and provides a fast, room temperature cure with good stability and exhibiting both high tensile strength and high peel strength.

Système initiateur à deux constituants, utile dans les compositions adhésives acryliques, comprenant, d'une part, un complexe stable d'amine et de composé organoboré et, d'autre part, un déstabilisateur ou un activateur de type acide organique. Cet initiateur est particulièrement utile dans les compositions élastomères adhésives acryliques; il permet de les réticuler rapidement à la température de la pièce, tout en leur donnant une bonne stabilité ainsi qu'une forte résistance à la traction et au pelage.
