The acrylic copolymers of the invention, useful as coatings, particularly as anti-stain coatings for the building industry are comprised of, for 100 parts by weigth, 20 to 95 parts about of at least one alkyl acrylate or methacrylate of which the alkyl group has from 1 to 10 carbon atoms or an aryl acrylate or methacrylate of which the aryl group has from 6 to 10 carbon atoms; from 5 to 50 parts approximately of at least one amino methacrylate having the formula (I), wherein n is an integral comprised between 1 and 20 and R1 is an alkyl radical having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms; and from 0 to 65 parts approximately of at least one fluorinated alkyl (meth)acrylate.
