ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention relates to a laminate sheet comprising an acrylic resin compound laminated onto the vinyl chloride resin of a vinyl chloride resin metal laminate sheet, charac- terized in that the 100% modulus value of the vinyl chloride resin is 0.5 kg/mm2 or more and 1.5 kg/mm2 or less. The laminate sheet does not suffer stress whitening during processing.
