Compounds which are acryloyl peptidic derivatives of formula (I), wherein n is 3 or 4; m is 0, 1 or 2; X and Y are the same or different and are selected, independently for each heterocyclic ring, from N or CH; R1 and R2, the same or different, are selected from hydrogen, halogen or C1-C4 alkyl; R3 is hydrogen or halogen, B is selected from the groups consisting of formulae (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7) wherein R4, R5, R7, and R8 are, independently from each other, hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl; R6 is hydrogen, hydroxy or C1-C4 alkyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; with the provisos that X and Y are not both N atoms for the same heterocyclic ring; when all of X and Y are CH groups and m is 0, then at least one of R4, R5, or R6 is other than hydrogen; when at least one of X and Y is other than CH, then at least one of R4 and R5 is other than hydrogen; are useful as antitumor agents.

Les composés de l'invention se présentent comme des dérivés peptidiques d'acryloyle de la formule (I) dans laquelle n est 3 ou 4; m est 0, 1 ou 2; X et Y sont identiques ou différents et sont sélectionnés, indépendamment de chaque noyau hétérocyclique, entre N ou CH; R(1) et R(2), identiques ou différents, sont sélectionnés entre hydrogène, halogène ou alkyle C(1)-C(4); R(3) est hydrogène ou halogène, B est sélectionnés parmi les groupes correspondant à la formule (II), dans laquelle R(4), R(5), R(7), et R(8) sont indépendamment les uns des autres hydrogène ou alkyle C(1)-C(4); R(6) est hydrogène, hydroxy ou alkyle C(1)-C(4); ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ceux-ci; et ce à condition que X et Y ne sont pas tous deux des atomes N pour le même noyau hétérocyclique; lorsque X et Y sont des groupes CH et m est 0, au moins un des R(4), R(5), ou R(6) est différent d'hydrogène; lorsqu'au moins un des X et Y est autre que CH, au moins un parmi R(4) et R(5) est différent d'hydrogène. Les composés sont utilisés comme agents antitumoraux.
